2023 Summer Camps

Track and Field Camp Age: 7-13 yrs. Run faster, jump higher and throw harder than you ever have before! The camp activities will include basic fitness drills; drills to improve gross motor skills, agility, balance, and strength; plyometric drills; sports fundamental drills; and fitness games. Participants will also learn about nutrition and being healthy. Instructional time is from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Early drop-off starts at 8:00am, and participants must be picked up by 5:30pm Campers should bring two snacks, a water bottle and a lunch daily. Explore Wilkerson Nature Preserve with a mix of indoor and outdoor activities. Hike to a rock outcrop, visit a stream, and explore the meadow. Become a citizen scientist as we observe and collect data about the natural world around us. Learn about the Preserve's snakes, turtles, birds and insects! The Summer X-Press Program provides a high-quality summer camp experience at a reasonable cost. This program incorporates a stimulating and exciting atmosphere through organized activities including: arts and crafts, recreational sports and games, field trips, specialty programs and much more. The program is staffed by caring and experienced counselors that attend more than 20 hours of training focused on working with school-aged participants. Participants should be prepared to have tons of fun with plenty of laughs, smiles and excitement. Structured program hours are 9:00am-4:30pm. Early drop off is available at 7:30am and all campers must be picked up by 6:00pm. Participants will be involved in indoor and outdoor activities throughout the day. Participants should bring a lunch, refillable water bottle and two snacks each day. Camp fees will be prorated the week of June 19-June 23 and July 3-July 7 to $44 for $55 a week sites and $72 for $90 a week sites.
