9.3.1.1 If an employee pushes the meal in button when clocking in for the day, the swipe time will appear in the meal time area on the timesheet. 9.3.1.1.1 The fiscal analyst will cut the time out of the meal area and paste it in the correct time slot.

9.3.2 If an employee forgets to swipe in, there will only be an out time 9.3.2.1 The fiscal analyst will fix the swipe manually, but a supervisor will need to verify via email that what was entered is correct 9.3.2.1.1 Time punch verification email to supervisor to notify the supervisor that a swipe time is missing and request that they verify the manual entry.
