Come experience the positive changes you will feel immediately using a MELT Soft Body Roller and small MELT balls during this introductory workshop. We will perform specific sequences for the hands, feet, and entire body, allowing tension to release from the neck, shoulders, and lower back. This workshop is for anyone that has taken a MELT class or workshop before and already understands the basic hand, foot and MELT roller rebalance sequence. In MELT 102 we will explore the advanced treatments for the hands and feet using the other therapy balls as well as more techniques for legs, back and shoulders through additional MELT techniques taught on the roller.
