a. Stormwater control measures shown on the stormwater control master plan for a new development or expansion of existing development must control stormwater on a runoff volume basis in accordance with UDO Section 9.2.2.B.1.c.; and b. Approval by the Engineering Services Director or a designee after considering situation-specific factors including, but not necessarily limited to, pedestrian safety, vehicular safety, historic preservation, streetscape aesthetics, and management of stormwater collection and conveyance outside the Travelway without resulting in soil erosion or otherwise impacting the integrity of the drainage system.
