1.9 Verify Curb Stop is open ( If available) If open the Valve is lined up with pipe, Closed valve will be at 90 degree angle

1.10 Ensure there is water flow and the meter shows no usage prior to departure 1.11 Verify the meter lid is clean and clear of obstruction
