Curb Stop

* Verify Curb Stop is open (If available) If open the Valve is lined up with pipe, Closed valve will be at 90 degree angle *Ensure the water flows and the meter shows no continual usage or leaks prior to departure *Repair or report leaks *Verify the meter lid is clean and clear of obstruction
