At FA Stop * Disconnect the water service at the meter. A lock out seal will be used to lock the angle valve, bullet lock if applicable. *Wrap around Angle Valve if no loops available *Utilities Technician will verify meter lid is free of obstruction and meter box is cleaned out providing clear access to the meter. *The Utilities Technician will then leave a door-hanger (tag) notifying the customer of the disconnection of service.
