At FA Stop * Reconnect the water service at the meter. (Turn Meter On) The lock out seal number will be recorded to use with completion notes *Ensure the water flows and the meter shows no continual usage before departure *Utilities Technician will verify meter lid is free of obstruction and meter box is cleaned out providing clear access to the meter.
