*Use the meter wrench to loosen the house side spud nut, creating a leak to check flow * If the register sweep hand does not move or the leak indicator does not show movement or the numbers show no progressive movement, the meter is stopped and must be replaced. *See MIU Not Transmitting process *Verify meter lid is clean and clear of obstruction
