At FA Stop

• If leaks continue, dig down to copper setter nut

• Tighten the copper setter nut or replace copper setter if necessary

• If washers, spuds or copper setter are not leaking but the meter continues to show usage, contact the customer to see if water is running inside the premise.

• If unable to contact the customer on site, leave a door hanger indicating the meter was checked • Close the FA.
