iii. Non-street Side: Addition Non-street Side Additions are allowed where the side addition is at least as close to the build-to as the existing building because the extension increases the width of the building and does not set back any further than the existing building. b. New Buildings

All new buildings must be placed in the build-to range until the required build-to percentage requirement has been met for the lot. ii. Rear: New Building

Where a new building is being constructed on a lot with an existing building that does not meet the build-to percentage requirement, the following provisions comply: i. Street-Fronting: New Building
