DEVELOPMENT AND PLAN REVIEW UTILITIES SPECIALIST, SENIOR

QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED and four years of maintenance experience. OR An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless other- wise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation. Licensing/Certifications Valid North Carolina Class A Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record or the ability to obtain within 45 days. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Knowledge of:  Practices and methods of coaching and leading the work of others (based on assignment).  Techniques and methods for organizing, prioritizing, assigning and monitor- ing work (based on assignment).  Standard practices, methods and materials of assigned work.  Basic mathematical concepts.  Occupational hazards and applicable safety principles and practices.  Uses and properties of supplies and equipment.  Applicable federal, state and local laws, codes, regulations (based on assign- ment).  Customer service principles.  Specialized equipment relevant to area of assignment.  Modern office technology. Skill In:  Training and coaching staff (based on assignment).  Coordinating deadlines, prioritizing work demands, and assigning/ monitoring work performed (based on assignment).  Monitoring and enforcing compliance with applicable regulations and stand- ards (based on assignment).  Providing direction to others in order to meet standards.  Providing attention to detail in assignments.  Business math computations.  Comprehending reference books and manuals.  Providing direction to others in the safe and correct operation of tools and equipment.  Organizing and maintaining materials and supplies .  Organizing and maintaining records and files.

SALARY RANGE: $20.91 - $33.80 Hourly $43,488.00- $70,310.00 Annually
