1.11Verify the service is on or off by the direction of the angle valve arrow (If service is off skip down to FA completion to close FA   

1.12 If the service is off and leaking, see area below for Leak Responsibility(Utility) 1.13 If the meter shows usage, check for leaking washers and verify spud nuts are tightened












