Leak Investigation

1.14 If leaks continue, dig down to the copper setter nut







1.15 Tighten the copper setter nut or replace the copper setter if needed







1.16 If washers, spuds or copper setter are not leaking but the meter continues to show usage, contact customer to see if water is running inside the premise   

1.17 If unable to contact customer on site, leave a door hanger indicating the meter was checked and close FA   
